 Dan began his underwriting career with Jefferson-Pilot Life which progressed into a business development role with other insurance carriers. He retired as the lead insurance intermediary on several program lines with Lloyds of London. His international connections developed during that time have been useful resources for Alliance Financial Partners and he now brings those talents to TriPoly.

Dan’s education and background was based in underwriting but his true talent lies in the ability to listen to a client’s needs and develop a creative strategy to make that goal achievable.

Steffan Radulovic, President

Steffan has over 40 years of expertise in domestic and international construction and real estate development. As a director of field operations/construct manager, he understands the challenges of acquiring property, the  financial implications and need of monetary “stacking” for new and adaptive re-use projects. He  specializes in negotiating complex issues involving trades jurisdictions. He has been a general  superintedant for field operations on both the building envelope and interior finish completion. His completed projects have been as  large as 1,200,000 sq ft with budgets of $90,000,000 to $1.2 Billion USD.  

Steffan was awarded a special recognition by the U.S. Customs Service for his work and oversight of Terminal 4, JFK  International Airport, U.S. and by the Department of Justice for superior service while building their Immigration and DEA  Offices. Radulovic has been involved in projects that include Conde Naste Tower, World Financial Center, Hyatt Hotels, Manhatan Place and many others in which letters of recommendation were awarded for completion of projects on or ahaed of timelines and at/under budgets.

Suzanne Gryspeerdt, VP of Acquisitions and Development

MSc Managerial Technology/International Business. Suzanne has comprehensive Executive experience spanning over 25 plus years. Comprehensive Executive experience spanning over 25 plus years; Financial Analyst and Business Development Executive. A hands-on professional with proven ability to provide proactive leadership in developing and utilizing business resources to drive and deliver financial results and business growth, with a broad level of business development and financial management experience traversing Regionally and Internationally. Skilled at negotiating complex contractual issues and implementing operations from inception through profitability. A strategic and analytic decision maker and problem solver who focuses on the overall picture when ascertaining needs and goals, identifying challenges, and formulating creative solutions to convert negative situations into positive outcomes. Her sectors of experience are Hotels, Real Estate Development, Retail (Telecommunications), Logistics and Warehousing (UPS Franchise), Real Estate Management and Project Financing.

Steven W. Miller, FAIA, RIBA,

Executive Architectural Consultant of Design and Construction.

Steven Miller, FAIA, RIBA  has worked with some of the world’s most respected architectural firms as Middle East Manager such as Kohn Pedersen Fox, Perkins Eastman, and FX Collaborative (Fowle), as well as the multi-billion-dollar construction company Shapoorji Pallonji International. His extensive experience enabled him to identify the key areas of growth across the design and construction markets

Miller is a pioneer and now considered a specialist on utilizing modular systems for construction.  Working with CIMC-MBS in London, Shenzhen, China, and Los Angeles, for projects in the MENA Region, Africa, and the USA (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Florida) on steel volumetric modular systems and SIMEMS of Italy with Polystyrene concrete construction forms all for hotels, residential (affordable housing), and institutional housing.

Additionally, he is a known hotel planner and designer: Recognized by Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, IHG, and other hotel management companies as a planning specialist for 3, 4 and 5 star hotels worldwide. Hotel completions have been overseen for these brands as well as RF hotels, Kempinski, Ritz Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental.

His activities for the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS include 2016-2018 International Regional Representative to the Strategic Council of the AIA. Past Chairman of the Honorary Fellows jury, Representative to the College of Fellows, past President and member of the European Chapter of the AIA, Founder and Board member of the Middle East Chapter of the AIA, Founder of the International Region, past Chairman of the International Professional Committee Advisory Group to the AIA, Representative to the College of Fellows for the International Region, a member of NAAB for review and recognition of foreign Universities equivalency to USA standards, and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Over two hundred FDOT audits of engineering firms for  financial qualification. Audits of national / international firms. Graduated Florida International  University with a BBA Accounting 1974. Licensed CPA in Florida, New York and Puerto Rico.
